Dehumidification

Goodbye Water uses both refrigerant dehumidifiers and desiccant dehumidifiers to extract moisture from the air. The former is like an air conditioner, drawing air over a refrigerated coil; the latter uses chemicals to absorb moisture. Dehumidifiers suck in moist air and discharge warm, dry air.

After we've removed the water, we handle structural drying—walls, floors and ceilings—as well as drying carpets and furniture.
